Nope, I too found it amusing. Then again I did live there briefly so that might not count.
By the way, how did you manage such an odd balance? I thought the fare was always some number divisible by five, usually a quarter. I mean I could see a balance of $6.25, 6.50 or 6.75 (not sure what the current fare is), but what you got just hit me as bizarre.
I take it as an excellent omen for the show.
